18 years ago a physical therapist fitted me Z-Coil shoes and they saved me from excruciating back pain. Eventually I changed my shoes and as I hadn't worn them in a while I threw them away thinking I wouldn't need them anymore. After many months of back pain and then plantar fasciitis, I was desperate again, so I researched Z-Coils and ordered a pair (and fortunately paid $100 more than I did 18 years ago). On Monday I could hardly walk. The shoes arrived on Tuesday and I was free to walk - I'll never get rid of them (until I buy a new pair). I plan to order another one in a different color.
