The recruiter knows all about our employees' skillsets/experience with certain software programs- which helps immensely! I do not like that there are many steps necessary to get through an application process for potential candidates; it can be overwhelming at times when you need someone as soon (or even faster) than possible in your corner during this time period.- You must go back & forth between two separate websites while trying 2 find out what's next step once submitted via first website - very confusing if using mobile device since one site does NOT allow scrolling down or up past top navigation bar area without going into another page completely then coming right bakc again upon finishing other task before continuing where were left off last visit.
