Needed to replace a decades old Kitchen-Aid coffee maker, and despite the mixed reviews I wanted one with a removable water-tank, so ordered this one and hoped for the best. Delighted to discover that this brews absolutely perfect coffee, tremendously better than our old machine, in fact. The water tank lifts up and out easily and there was absolutely none of the dripping/leaking reported in other reviews. All elements are super easy to clean, and you can keep the machine spotless with little or no effort whatsoever. There's also a marked difference between the "Classic" and "Rich" brew settings, which equate to 'Normal' or 'Strong.' Overall, the machine brews quickly and virtually silently, with a minimum of steam output too. Couldn't be happier with this Ninja product!
