The Hercules Sagemann 703 detangles better on the go. This comb is better for showering and distributing conditioner and product through the hair. It makes a hollow sound when you brush your hair. It sounds like your hair is being pulled out, but it's not. The quality seems good although I was expecting a smoother comb for this price. Teeth are not smooth and if you run your fingernail over the teeth you can hear and feel that they are rough. I didn't notice any more or less hair in the comb compared to my seam comb, but I think every little thing you can do to maintain the length helps.
