Review on Tamboo by Nick Moody

I love that I can see what my visitors are doing on my site, the reports are easy to understand and the dashboard makes it easy to keep on top of everything at once. I sometimes do not see the events immediately, but once reported it pops up. I would like to see more options for custom events to create. For example, I would love to be able to see when a visitor clicks on my Facebook, Twitter, or Google + link from my website. I would also like to be able to track when a visitor shares my link. It is helpful seeing what my fans like about my site and what they are coming to each day. I love that I can see my daily and monthly traffic trends. This helps me to make sure that I have the best content to attract my audience. This has helped me see what posts are resonating well and what might need to be tweaked I liked how the customer service is always quick and helpful. The software also allows me to be in contact with my customers from all over the world by just having a computer. Tamboo is a great tool that is helpful for the customer service aspect of running a business. I don't think I have anything bad to say. This is a great way to keep track of the customer and their activities on your website.
