I've been looking for a "bum bag" because I need a water bottle when I run 2 miles, my dog is hot and I don't want to carry it in my hand DON'T LIKE* strap Doesn't stretch, so finding the right fit around the waist is difficult. I'm a walker so it's not a big deal but I think it won't be good for runners, I think it will move too much or be too tight *hook said to be for your dog leash. whoever walks or runs their dog knows that your dog is always on your left the hook is on the right * i like the phone pocket is a bit tight * i bought a water bottle holder and it fits well and the angle is perfect * lots of pockets * There is a pocket on the back that is perfect for keys * There is a pocket for the phone and a pocket on the front that I use for dog bags 💩
