Ideal for do-it-yourself sinus flushing! (Chronic Sinusitis)
They are very helpful in curing chronic sinusitis without surgery just using saline solution. I use it with an irrigator that has adjustable pressure (10 levels) and runs at 1400 pulses/min (1200 is recommended by ENTs. 1400 is within the acceptable range). The attachments are great for my purpose and allow you to tilt your head to much better angles than the neti pot will allow.
