I bought them for mountain biking. You are perfect. Very convenient. When they arrived I thought they were too hot but they are not. I rode the 88F yesterday and my hands didn't get hot or sweaty. However, the fabric absorbs/wicks sweat so I had a good grip throughout the 2 hour ride. The padding is great and there were no hard marks or pressure points on the hands in the right places like with sports gloves or cheap cycling gloves. They have almost no seams in the area where the thumb touches the palm. I am very, very with them. I chose size L, I'm 1.80 m tall and have relatively long fingers. The fit is perfect, tight but comfortable, the fingers are long enough.
