stove must! for busters

I have no idea how they are used for their intended purpose, but as a cookie decorating tool they are perfect! I bought them on the advice of Julia M. Asher in all of her videos, but then I wondered if it wouldn't be better to use a marker tool or the "food choice" recommended by other chefs. So I bought a few of those too. 98% of the time I'm the first to approach these little guys. The size in my hand just feels better and I have more control, which is very important when working with fine details.
