Comfortable for my opinion
This bra is very comfortable and good for a light work out. I’m not sure I would jump or run in it bc I wouldn’t say it’s completely supportive for a big breasted woman maybe if your smaller I could see it working. But I got it bc I needed something compact for my chest to wean from breastfeeding it does the job.
