We bought this pizza skin for our Kamado Joe Grill. We already had a rock and only needed a large scoop to load and take out the pizza. It's a good solid weight and not flimsy at all. I love that the handle folds down for easy storage in a closet. The handle latch engaged easily and felt very secure no matter how much pizza was on the skin. Pizza with skin is easy to bake and with a little cornmeal the pizza slides onto the stone instantly. Cleaning was a breeze! Wash with soap and water and hang up next time. We will use this for many years. The little chopper was a nice bonus too. We used it to cut pizza dough and also slice pizza. It's also a good vegetable scoop/chopper.
