Possibly the best design I've seen. You have thought of almost everything! I was very impressed when I opened it up and it wasn't difficult to put together. The wheels were easy to attach and detach, the carrying handle was handy, a small bed was included, etc. So why 2 stars? Because its main disadvantage is that it is soft and therefore unreliable. I put my 6 1/2 lb cat in the carrier, closed everything and let it sit for maybe 2 minutes. When I came back he was gone. The zipper seemed to snap when he pushed it to allow it to come out. Thank God we were still at home and not on the street, in public or even on the plane! Of course it was also interesting to catch him again because he was on top of me. I've always avoided padded tote bags as unsafe, but I was so impressed with what this one had to offer that I even bought 2 of them. If they ever come up with the same type of holder but with a rigid design, I will buy it again. Unfortunately I am sending both straps back. I just can't use an operator that I can't trust. My pets are too expensive to lose.
