It shrinks one size even in cold water.
This t-shirt will definitely fit, go up one size. I usually wear a large size. I bought a very large size, washed it once in cold water, and it shrunk to a large size, so it was perfect for me at the time. Don't expect me to have design experience. But I'm happy with what I have.
