I have been a builder for almost 50 years and all I can say about this tool is that I wish I had bought it sooner. It is great! I have a lot of Makita and Dewalt batteries, so I've read both Makita and Dewalt reviews, and Dewalt seems to have had complaints about feeding sealant too quickly. So I went with a Makita and hoped for the best. My assistant is very picky when it comes to embossing work. We worked on caulking the pan seams of an old Airstream trailer, a good test for the new gun, once he got the flow setting the way he wanted it he really never looked back, never went back to the old hand gun. . I have used this gun too and wow it makes the sealing job so easy!
