I usually buy regular Canon inks. However, I saw great reviews for this ink and at a much lower price figured why not give it a try. Either it works and I just saved a bunch of money, or it doesn't work and I'm sending it back for a refund. What I've considered is another possibility that the cartridge is stuck in my printer and I can't get it out! After trying to get it out for 10 minutes and analyzing the situation for another 20 minutes, I found that the cartridge was too long, so the front locking lever could not move the front lever back far enough to release the cartridge. I had to take a precision knife and essentially cut my arm off to free the cartridge. Looks like I damaged the circuitry that reads the ink and now it keeps giving the error even after I replaced it with regular Canon ink. So this solution only cost me $250. Not good!
