Too small but cute.
Bought a 4T for my skinny 4 year old son but it was too narrow. I would buy at least 1 size bigger. The quality was just ok - a pair of socks is enough during the holidays. I will keep it for my youngest son and he can wear it when he is 2 or 3 years old!

Cons
- Cotton can irritate sensitive skin or cause an allergic reaction.
