I use this rack to display underwear at trade fairs. It has no instructions so I felt like an idiot trying to put it together. I had to look at the pictures here to see which parts go where. As a result, I did not use the wheels. I didn't need them and without guidance it would be difficult. It seems to me that the frame without wheels is more durable. It wasn't super strong, but it wasn't weak either. It's light enough to pick up and move around. It works for what it's used for but isn't ideal if I want to show off my underwear at parties. I had to take it apart to bring it home, so it's not the most travel-friendly.
