UPDATE: Added video review. I bought this Mokin 12 in 1 USB-C hub exactly a month ago and I'm not sure if it will work. It turns out it really works! . with one caveat. The ports are very convenient, the convenience is top-notch, and I love that it has not one but two USB-C ports to my 16-inch MacBook Pro because I think it's the stability both physically as well as improved in terms of data / power. The HDMI outputs do a good job at 4K at 60Hz (but if you're connecting to a TV, make sure you're using an HDMI input that supports a high refresh rate. It took a lot of trial and error to get it right To get the 60Hz refresh rate to work.) Now a word of caution. If you connect a display to the HDMI port closest to the VGA port, you'll experience a slight hiccup in mouse movement every few seconds. I've tried a ton of different fixes to confirm this happens when using the touchpad, wireless mouse, and wired mouse. Eventually I contacted the support team who responded very quickly and apologized. They said it's a known issue "in some of our products. We couldn't solve it with any driver." They then offered to keep the device for me and get a refund, which I thought was a fair and just solution as I already had an external USB video card that was fine anyway works with this hub.overall I am very happy with my purchase and would buy a Mokin product again..whether the HDMI port issue affects all devices in this model or is one with an HDMI output and a VGA -Output can live is up to each individual.FIRST RATING: So far so good!The product does get warm when fully used,but in my experience this is quite normal for this type of peripheral.I really like the double entry and time will tell if it will last.
