This product is supposed to be fragrance free so I bought it to use on my sister in law who has MCAS, hypersensitivity and severe (sometimes anaphylactic) reactions to fragrances suffers. Unfortunately she responded to this so I wrote to the company and they responded immediately, apologizing and explaining that there are no added flavors, but some of the natural flavors of the ingredients could be the problem (although they try to avoid ingredients with strong flavors ). fragrances).
