The color cartridge could not be recognized - they sent another one.

No problem with the black cartridge. I did all the tricks but I couldn't see the color cartridge. I can call ZIPPRINT and see if I can just replace the color cartridge. Otherwise I'll buy an HP cartridge and to hell with it. UPDATE: ZIPPRINT sent me a different color cartridge. good company They don't play around. I will buy from them again
