The best thing about this software is that it has all of my business rules in one place, which makes them easy to find when I need or want clarification! It's also very user friendly - everything you would expect from an industry leader like Dynamics 365/365 for Salesforce was there at launch time (and continues being added).
There are some features missing compared with other products out today but they have promised new functionality will be released soon so we can't complain too much yet as things change quickly these days :) We use DDM primarily because our organization uses many different systems internally across multiple departments within AMS Global Operations Group Inc., including both internal applications used by employees such as email & CRMs etc.. plus external apps accessed via OWA e-mail services through Office Online Server 2016 R2 WebMail client version 16078 running Microsoft Windows.
