Couldn't be more perfect!

Why did I wait so long to buy these pans?!?! I've had so many cupcake pans over the years, dark metal, light metal, thin, heavy, and they're fine. But these pans. These pans are amazing. I didn't want to spend that much money at first, but I'm starting a cake/cupcake design business and was thinking about buying them as an investment. I've heard so many good things about Baker's Edge that I ordered 2 cupcake liners. I was impressed by the heaviness and strength of these forms, they are made from very durable cast metal. Every cupcake and muffin I've baked in it bakes perfectly, evenly, nice and big. This is a standard size pan, not a mini or jumbo pan. I've included some photos of the cupcakes I made in these pans. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone, professional or not. They are so easy to use and clean. Wow. I just wipe with a dry paper towel and any stuck drips of dough are removed instantly, no scraping, soaking or washing required. I've only used them with paper liners so I can't confirm I baked them without liners but I'm sure they will be perfect. They have replaced all my other cupcake pans and will probably last the rest of my life. Most likely my daughter's grandchildren will be baking in these pans.
