I like that they are very responsive to our needs as we grow into new products and services. They have been able to help us manage some of our most complex storage environments, including those with large numbers of SANs. We've had good success in helping them understand how their product works for us so that they can continue to improve it. The support team is also fantastic! Their customer service has always exceeded expectations. It's great when you need something fixed right away but don't want to be tied up waiting for an engineer. Sometimes there aren't engineers available at all times, which makes this even more important.
