Five stars because it's a great product at a great price. I was a bit hesitant because some of the reviews said how "difficult" it was to put together and how long etc. or how "cheap" it was and I'm wondering if we got the same item . The instructions are right on the purchase image for those who say no instructions are included. It's pretty easy to figure out what to do since it's just two sets of different sized sticks and two sets of different sized plates. The only thing you need to make sure is that the jumpers you use to connect the bars are pointing in the right direction. This part is so roomy and very durable. The panels are NOT fragile or sink when you place items on the shelves. I love how you can customize them in so many ways to suit your space/style. I'm in love with it and will buy more. Nothing to really hate and to be honest for the PRICE I'm MORE surprised at how great it is. I'd rather that than anything at Ikea or even those little wood/imitation wood bookcases sold at Target/Walmart etc.
