This clock is incredibly annoying, I don't know how to program it. When I finally figured out how to change the time to Daylight Saving Time (I'm not even sure how I did it), I seem to have also created alarm clocks that I don't know how to turn off. There is no product manual. I like the watch itself, but it's not worth the disappointment.
