GREAT FOR TONING ARMS
These are great for my purposes. I’m a healthy 77-year-old man, but I have torn rotator cuffs with good range of motion (doctor didn’t think surgery would improve the condition). Use these to keep my shoulders toned. My second set, I have been using the same device for several years.
