The color is beautiful. At first I was afraid, since aluminum was written, but the coating holds and there is no scratch, I relaxed a little. My son-in-law has tried to burn one because he was cooking beans and the water ran out quicker than expected, so cooks faster and hotter than a steel pot. We added some water again and the coating stayed intact with no damage. I am very satisfied and super happy. They seem to be all over my stove more than you think I haven't even used them all yet. The shapes vary, and my favorite is the deep skillet, which allows you to cook without splattering. I really like them all, good price, durable, well made, happy with the purchase. I have a turquoise shimmer, it looks very nice.
