If I could give 0 stars I would. I bought this for my daughter's first birthday and the batteries were dead. So it didn't last longer than 1 battery change. I requested a return/refund from Revain only to find out that my husband had disposed of the toy for safety reasons. Now I have no toys for my daughter and I lost my money too. Not at all satisfied. I also don't see where to contact the seller of Best Learning. So I am very dissatisfied with this situation.
