Very comfortable to wear.
I like that the weights are evenly distributed though out the vest and are only 1/4" thick. I wear it all day under sweat shirt and can't even tell I'm wearing it. Only thing I would say is it could be to long from shoulder to waist for some people. I'm 5'11" and I would not want it to be any longer or would probably not be able to sit down. 21" from shoulders to bottom of vest. If I had the money I would buy a second one to wear over top of the first one. Has two velcro straps on each side on the outside.
