Review on OXO Grips Double Sided Melon Baller by Tanya Gutierrez

Bought this to make melon balls for my granddaughter. The tool is very easy to use and easy to clean (I do that by hand to protect the soft handle) from gradual rotting in the dishwasher). The difference in size at the two ends allows you to make different sized balls where a smaller volume spoon is better for removing fruit as it gets closer to the bowl. Sharp but not sharp like a knife. You don't have to worry that for some reason some kids would rather eat melon balls than a slice of melon, and psychology aside, I'm just glad kids enjoy eating melon.
