Everything seems fine, but when I turn around .

Well here it is, no box or anything, just a product in a bag. Everything seems fine, but when I rotate the adjustable angle, the product is not fixed. It won't tighten to stay in place, just flap around. It would be nice if the locking angle worked properly. I'll probably have to send it back, maybe I just got a bad one.
