I purchased it on Amazon, and despite the fact that I am familiar with our legal system, I am not entirely confident that it will be seen as flawed and deserve an exchange under the terms of the warranty. It has been brought to my attention that Logitech responds to customer reviews; thus, I would want a comment from the company. Has pros: My very first mouse, and it has a sensor of pretty high quality. A zowie ec-2evo existed before to that. When I played Zowie, the sensor frequently stopped working, and the mouse would randomly turn on and off. G403 is almost the same size and offers a high level of comfort despite its flaws. I have been making use of the mouse for around one week, and just now it has begun to turn off like a zowie, albeit much less frequently than before (either once every 15 minutes, then once every 4 hours). Still, there are times when it simply stops working, and during those times, all I can do in the game is aim my gun at a point and fire. I have no idea what will happen next.
