Best practice management solution in terms both functionality & usability
The ease of use! I have been using it for almost two years now as my main tool during inspections/audits etc. It's very easy to navigate through all parts, even if you're not familiarized with how things work internally already (e.g., documentation). As mentioned above - great reporting features too! We are able to track our progress much easier compared to other solutions we used before which did only report monthly or quarterly performance reports. Nothing so far, though there may be some minor glitches here and there when uploading documents but nothing major really. A few months back one user reported his document uploader was disabled due to security reasons. This is something they should resolve soon since otherwise users would lose access quickly without proper notification beforehand. Also sometimes the software needs updates/patches to fix certain issues. However these can also happen anytime for any reason like maintenance windows scheduled by the developers themselves. Just make sure your team knows about potential problems ahead of.
