Instant Channel Manager has excellent support services

I really like how easy to setup for any customer or clients you have! The reporting feature is great as well! What else do we need? Also with our business model there are sometimes issues of time zone differences when someone wants pricing in their current area code/timezone. However that doesn't take much attention from your end since this happens so rarely (not often at least). We are able to provide instant responses to our customers and no longer wait til email reply comes through in order to get answers. 1) Very user friendly2). Great customer service3.) The ability to add products without having an account or subscription4.). It is easy for me as I am not technical at all5 ). There are many other companies that do this better! We have been using instant channel manager since about 2014 with no issues what so ever from their side of things!! They update our software very regularly which helps us keep up-to date in terms of new features etc..
