Here is a review from my wife who has shoulder length hair. She liked that the cable was two-wire and not like a transformer bearing. Easier to plug into limited outlets in the bathroom. The pivoting fork is a plus and helps a lot to avoid tangling. She mentioned that the end doesn't get hot at all, so you don't have to worry about burning yourself. Closer to the ground, it felt quite warm but didn't cause any discomfort. She wanted more volume on the scalp (hair closer to the head) instead the ends of the hair were given the most volume. The hair became very shiny, soft and didn't tangle at all like using a conventional hair dryer. He combs his hair without much effort. It's a little hard to use, but still quite usable. It's also very tall, which is ideal for people with medium to long hair. It seems well made and she plans to use it more often than a regular hair dryer.
