This is a great product! Used it on my 2007 Toyota Corolla. Now when I close the trunk, I no longer hear that annoying rattling. Also another surprise is that I've noticed that when I'm driving the road noise is reduced as the plate probably rattled earlier; I just wasn't sure of the source until now. As promised by the seller, all official writing and labels are clearly visible on the sign and are not obscured by the sign. This includes text in the center at the top and bottom of the tag and my registration label in the top corner. [probably to replace a weather seal already added by the OEM but worn out]). I'm glad I didn't, it was a much simpler solution and the silicon wafer holder is much lighter. But I could see that if anyone wants to keep a special license plate holder, that might be an option to research. Otherwise, it's a much better way, both in terms of price and weight. My only downside is that the seller seems to only sell the 4 hole version, I couldn't find an option with just 2 holes above. At the same time, two extra holes are not very noticeable, and the noise reduction was worth it. Note: I noticed that some other reviewers are complaining about the screws that come with this plate. I did not use the screws that came with this plate holder. Instead, I reused the aftermarket screws to hold the plate and holder together, replacing the aftermarket nylon inserts. I would probably suggest that if other people are having this problem, get the screws separately or reuse the ones you have.
