Works with Google Pixel 3xl (with C-cable connector)

Bought for lighting discount and wasn't sure if it would be compatible with my Google Pixel 3xl for fast charging. With an Anchor C-to-C 2.0 (Powerline+) cable, IT works! I've only used it twice, but both times my phone got a fast non-stop charge. It didn't charge quickly with the Anchor USB 3.0-to-C cable, but it didn't show the "Charging slow" message either. I haven't tested this with any other device - I bought it specifically to charge my 3xl pixel when traveling. I didn't leave it plugged into the charging port, when the car is off, so I'm not sure if that will drain the car battery. I didn't notice any charging lights/lights during use (during the day) so I'm not sure if leaving it plugged in would be a problem. Update 10/2019. When connected to the charging port, the blue ring will light up. On my car, this light goes off when the car is turned off. I still don't leave the adapter plugged in overnight, but I suspect it's not draining the car battery any further. I've found my phone to get a bit warm, but I haven't had any issues with overheating or damage. charging port on my cell phone. I remove my phone case if I leave it connected to the adapter for more than a few minutes, but that's mainly because that I have a cheap case. I have an Anker USB C-to-C cable, I don't know has it contributed to my success using this charger? I am seriously considering buying another adapter/cable from Anker as my spouse keeps pulling mine out of the car and I hate being left without it. Nevertheless 5 stars.
