I'm typing this on a Redragon mechanical keyboard and usually love their stuff/longtime customers. I decided it was time to buy a wireless mouse when my old one started beeping and found this one. The first had a sticky scroll wheel so I ordered a replacement. The replacement stopped working on the second day when I plugged it into my computer's USB port to charge, although the battery wasn't dead. I tried resetting the switch on the bottom but that didn't do anything. I also tried plugging it into my power bank's USB charging port and it still didn't work. Sad because I'm tempted to try a third time, but for now I'm using my old squeaky wired mouse.
