Review on Outdoor Windproof Balaclava Christmas Birthday Girls' Accessories in Cold Weather by Jennifer Johnson

As a parent I was very happy to receive this winter hat for my child for Christmas. The design is cute and looks like a little teddy bear which my kid loved very much. However, the excitement quickly dissipated when my child put it on. The hat was advertised as being windproof and thick but I felt it didn't live up to those claims. On particularly cold and windy days, my child's ears were still open and it got very cold. While the material is soft and plush, it's not very durable. After a few wears, the hat began to curl up and lose its shape. Another issue I have with this product is the size. I bought a hat for a six year old but it was quite bulky and didn't sit well on my child's head. It also tended to slide down and cover my child's eyes. On the plus side, the integrated neckerchief is a nice touch and adds extra warmth. Despite the shortcomings, my child still likes to wear a hat. Overall I would not recommend this product. The design, while cute, doesn't provide adequate protection from the cold and isn't very durable.
