Decent and useful for pre-screening purposes
The format is easy enough so you don't feel lost or overwhelmed by all this information! It comes across as very sincere - they are really trying hard at being helpful here but I think their marketing strategy would benefit from some work too (like making sure people know about them).
Just do your research first before signing up; there's plenty outthere now days which makes choosing easier than ever :) Make an informed decision depending upon where/how much info will give most value back when needed / time allowed during HR intake etc.
Pros
- The fact that it's well organized and contains all the information required and I like the fact that they are constantly updating it with new information
Cons
- I think sometimes the formatting is a bit hard to follow and not always easy to read (like when there's many pages to a document or when there are tabs or boxes, which don't really tell the whole story)
