Great product but doesn't fit.

Great product but I had to cut the front of the You and Me drawer mouth to make it fit. The box has been redesigned to give it strength. I contacted the seller who said I could return it for a small fee. They thought I just had a drawer anomaly, but I measured the drawers in the store and none fit. Update: The seller is very quick to respond and is considering shrinking the tray to allow the tray to slide in. Meanwhile: my box holds. Well even if I cut the wires to get it; I'm very happy with the stainless steel as my dog doesn't try to break the tray.
