I like that it is easy for our team of 6 people (2 sales, 2 Account Managers & 4 Customer Service Reps)to access all information about each customer's account from anywhere they are located via their mobile devices or desktop computers.
The ability allows us as reps/customer service representatives more time spent actually solving customers' problems instead just having them call back into headquarters everytime there was an issue! It would be great if we could have some sorta "dashboard" type page where everyone has visibility over what issues need attention next week etc., but this isn't available yet so its still manual work by rep when needed which works fine since most calls aren;t being made due too many other things going around within my organization right now anyway!!
