Review on Saucony Womens Freedom Running Medium Women's Shoes ~ Athletic by Katrina Wright

My favorite sneaker has had too many weird changes and is no longer comfortable. I bought these shoes at a running store last summer on a salesperson's recommendation after analyzing my gait and they are perfect! I trained in these shoes over the summer and fall, running a half marathon and two half marathons. I just ordered a second pair online for my upcoming full Ironman race. They are very comfortable for those looking for a slightly dropped heel but still provide cushioning in the forefoot. They are still quite flexible and not heavy. They run a full size smaller, I usually wear a 7.5 in the US and I had to go for an 8.5. I often struggle with plantar fasciitis, but these shoes don't aggravate me at all. I hope Saucony doesn't change the design too much next year. This is supposed to be my new shoe!
