Installation requires a press or hammer blows.
Good alternator but steel pivot does not fully seat in pivot. It was easy to break through with a few well-aimed hammer blows. Other people have cut off some aluminum or steel, but I would recommend placing the generator loop on an anvil or vise and hammering the steel bushing all the way in.
