I believe the base of this machine is large and requires reasonable storage space. I don't care about attachments because I have a handheld steamer with hundreds of attachments that I never use. However, if you're looking for attachments, this machine comes with 15, so you should find what you're looking for. One thing the machine claims is that it can remove mold. I have tried several steam cleaners in the past and NONE of them have ever effectively removed mold in the shower. I didn't even try. Also, lugging a vaporizer into my bathroom is a lot harder than grabbing a spray bottle and spraying. Why did I take this machine? I got this because I love steaming my hardwood and tile floors. However, every vape I've had has had the extension tube/handle break due to construction. I'm tall and the companies seem to think nobody over 5ft 5 uses these machines. So when I push to remove a hard spot, the force loosens the grip and they break. I'm happy to report that this machine was designed with me as a tall person in mind. When I lit it up and ran it, I applied reasonable pressure to the handle/tube and it barely flexed. It removes some coffee stains in seconds. I recently moved the treadmill and the rubber feet came off the floor. He immediately removed those black spots. When I was done, I threw the cleaning pad in the washing machine. a super long hose (although I wish it was a little thicker), wheels that roll with no problems, and a very long power cord.
