So, like most girls with big breasts, I'm afraid to buy bras, especially sports bras. And buy without trying? Forget it. But it's a good fit. I recommend taking your size. I usually get 36DD in my regular bras because I like big cleavage. But cleavage doesn't matter in a sports bra like this, so be sure to choose your exact size. I went for the 36F - fits comfortably - stays in place so there is no side bust and it smooths out back fat - no 'uniboob'. Provided you have the right cup size - has enough coverage to be worn alone and goes great with leggings. The real test is how the girls stay seated during my run. UPDATE: This bra is not suitable for running. My chest started heaving up and down a bit after 2 socks. Doesn't jump to the point where it's noticeable, but it's uncomfortable and not the support I was looking for. But I'm pretty sure it will work for yoga, weight training, or anything low-intensity.
