Didn't work. I tried replacing the black toner. The printer would not recognize it. I opened another black when it came in 2. Same result. Don't trust these reviews. Not true. Updated 05/27/21. I changed my review because the company insisted on contacting me. Offer me the option of a partial refund or replacement. I have opted for a partial refund. I've just spent over a hundred on an official HP cartridge. I don't need new ammo to sit here. So, I still don't know what the performance of their cartridges is like. This edition of the review is solely for their excellent customer service. Please don't underestimate him. The customer satisfaction guarantee is almost a thing of the past. For that I gave them 4 stars.
