Bought this for the first time and didn't think it was the best in the world for a HE machine. Pearls should be used VERY sparingly (e.g. not to the first line in a hat) and placed in the tumble dryer before washing. If there are too many balls or they don't hit the drum first, the balls won't seem to disperse. If they don't dissipate, they hide in the folds of clothing and then clog the dryer screen once they get into the dryer. Aside from a little SNAFU being used in a HE car, this is a great product. The scent is pleasant and long lasting - I've used it on sheets and towels. Overall a decent product.
