Review on πŸƒ Men's Active Winter Compression Running Thermal Underwear Clothing by Melvin Goerge

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Not as warm as advertised but a good price for a decent thermal.

My husband was looking for a set of thermal underwear for hunting in the mountains. He's seen some very expensive sets, but I came across this one and he said he'd try it. The question was what size should I buy? He is tall and slim, usually medium on top and small on bottom with a 30 inch waist. Thermals usually run a size larger so I went for a plus size set fully expecting the pants to be huge on him. The material is nice and very soft inside. This is not a very warm material, but it is enough for cool weather up to 30 degrees. Both pieces stretch well to fit different sizes. The circus tent actually fits my husband very well. It wasn't tight to the body, but it wasn't baggy or oversized either. Oddly enough, the pants also fit him, although the waist was a bit too large. He tucked the top in, which made the pants fit better. They weren't huge as I expected. Again, they stretch to fit a variety of shapes. But based on how they fit my husband I would say the top is a bit small so if you are a true size is large and buy this set you may find that the pants fit well but the top does is too tight. My husband is wearing this in the mountains right now. The weather is mild, around 35 to 40 degrees, and he says it's nice and warm, but in the winter here in New York, where we have cold temperatures, it never fits. However, he likes them so much that he told me to give them 4 stars. I think it's better to buy these pieces individually, but the price for a set is high and the stretch allows most to find a suitable size. I would definitely go bigger if you don't want them to be very grippy, especially at the top.
