*UPDATE* My original rating was 3 stars and the listing is still listed below and I figured 3 stars wasn't too bad. I've had some issues, but not enough to warn anyone who knows this will be a good product for the most part. This was not enough for this seller, he wanted me to be completely satisfied and contacted me via email. When I didn't answer them after a few weeks, no kidding, they *sent* me a letter/Christmas card with well wishes and asked again if there was anything they could do to help me. I think it's overkill and I appreciate enough effort to believe these guys will do their best if you really have a problem. to take care of you *First Review* A few small issues. Mine came with a small black square piece of plastic in a pocket that popped out of where the spring was supposed to hold it. At first I didn't know where it went and at first my printer didn't work until I figured out where it went and put it back. After that everything worked fine for a little over 3 months. Then my printer started having problems again which didn't go away even after replacing the toner cartridge so I replaced that photoconductor again but this time from a different manufacturer and now my printer is working fine again. Not sure if I was just unlucky with this one that only lasted 3 months
